The hotel was in a key location that allowed us to easily access all of the local attractions and gourmet we planned for our city trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs, even accommodating our requests with a smile. the rooms and beds were clean, cozy, and offered strong and reliable Wi-Fi signal. We also enjoyed the convenience of being a short walk from the seafood restaurants and a nearby convenience store.

While we had almost nothing to complain about, we did notice that the swimming pool could have been cleaner. The water had a muddish appearance, but we forgot to mention it to the staff during our stay.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved the fact that they provided shampoo and towels. , the location was convenient as there were nearby restaurants and stores. The best part was being able to jump into the pool right outside the room, which I haven't seen anywhere else before!

The location of Concept Hotel Langkawi was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to seafood restaurants and a convenience store. The staff, especially Ika, were friendly and accommodating to our requests. We also enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable beds. The pool being just a few steps away from our room was a bonus, especially for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.
